Senior Accountant

Our client is a Los Angeles based institutional investment manager and is adding a Senior Accountant to its corporate finance team. This is a broad, hands on role covering the core accounting cycle, with exposure to a global investment management business and room to grow within a lean, high quality team. What You Will Do Own key parts of the monthly, quarterly and year end close, including journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations. Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules, and analyze results and variances. Support revenue and management fee accounting, expenses and intercompany activity. Assist with the annual audit, tax filings and regulatory reporting. Help improve processes, controls and reporting as the business evolves. What You Will Bring 6+ years of accounting experience, ideally combining public accounting with asset management or financial services. Strong command of GAAP and the full close process. Advanced Excel skills; NetSuite experience is a plus. Detail oriented, organized and comfortable owning deliverables end to end. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CPA track preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
