Norgate Technology
We are looking for a senior professional to join our team with expertise in Java development for equities trading applications. This role involves working with low latency systems and requires proficiency with Kafka. The position is a long-term contract based in New York City with a hybrid work week.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-performance equities trading applications.
- Work with low latency systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize Kafka for reliable data streaming and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance trading systems.
- Extensive experience in Java programming, particularly in the context of trading applications.
- Strong understanding of low latency system design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and related technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment in NYC.
