Admissions Shift Leader

What You'll Do

Lead the admissions team in creating and modeling awesome first impressions for all guests

Drive and monitor upselling opportunities

Motivate admissions team and celebrate success through incentive-based performance and guest satisfaction

Keep lines moving and guest energy positive

Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed

Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience

Help train and motivate team members

Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families

Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day

The ideal candidate is open to a flexible schedule, typically works a 5 day, 40hr week and is available to work weekends and holidays as well.

• Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions
• Want to grow into leadership
• Are available weekends + holidays (required)
• Previous leadership and training experience is a plus!
