A growing beverage manufacturing company in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hands-on industrial maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and keeping high-volume manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.

The Maintenance Mechanic will support a fast-paced food and beverage production environment where safety, product quality, teamwork, and equipment reliability are top priorities. Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related industrial equipment issues.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and support production goals.
- Repair or replace motors, pumps, bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, and other key components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and equipment drawings.
- Follow OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, food safety requirements, and quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour.
- Full-time, 2nd or 3rd shift, direct-hire position.

- Occasional overtime, weekend, holiday, or on-call work may be required based on production needs.
