CAN Capital, a market leader in small business finance, is seeking an Underwriter Associate in a hybrid role. You will manage the loan application workflow in Salesforce, ensure completed files meet underwriting criteria, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize risk and profitability. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
