This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence.You will be the visible guardian of SimCorp's delivery credibility in the Americas. Your focus on execution, operational excellence, and restoring confidence in challenging programmes will ensure clients achieve their objectives and trust that we can consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORClient Delivery and Relationship ManagementTake full accountability for the delivery of client programmes across the Americas region, from onboarding to live operationsServe as the single point of accountability for clients during escalations, ensuring clear and timely communicationBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, including senior executives, ensuring alignment and confidence in delivery outcomesExecution and Operational ExcellenceDrive rigorous, consistent execution across all programmes, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metApply standardised processes, global best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiency and outcomesProactively manage risk, dependencies, and escalations, providing clear updates to leadershipTeam Leadership and CollaborationLead, mentor, and develop delivery managers and programme leads in the Americas, fostering a high-performance, client-focused cultureCollaborate closely with global delivery teams, product teams, and business operations to ensure seamless regional and global client experiencesPromote knowledge sharing and operational alignment across teams to leverage global learnings and maintain consistent standardsStrategic ContributionProvide insights and feedback from the region to inform global delivery strategies and platform improvementsPartner with sales and account teams to shape proposals, offering practical guidance that strengthens delivery confidenceTranslate client requirements into actionable delivery plans aligned with SimCorp standards and long-term objectivesWHAT WE VALUEAs our preferred candidate, you have:Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in SaaS or cloud environments, ideally within FinTech or investment managementDeep expertise in programme/project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executivesDemonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, escalations, and underperforming projectsStrong focus on execution, operational excellence, and client outcomesExcellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills in fast-paced, client-facing environmentsExperience driving standardisation, process improvement, and adoption of best practices across multiple projects or regionsBased in New York City, with the ability to work on-site three days a weekAbility to travel to client sites as neededBENEFITSAttractive salary and bonus scheme are essential for any work agreement. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans.
