ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expertise and assistance to educate customers about insurance options.
The Tim Noel - State Farm Agent is a growing agency that is committed to using a customer-focused approach, needs based approach to help clients protect what matters most to them.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

- Property and Casualty license - must be able to obtain
- Life and Health License - must be able to obtain
Compensation $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
