Scrum Master

Virtual interview process consisting of 1–2 rounds. Contract duration: 1 year+ with potential extensions based on business needs. On-site attendance required two days per week. In-office days are mandatory and cannot be modified. Candidates must be local to the required work location area or within a reasonable commuting distance at the time of submission. Description: The Scrum Master will support an enterprise technology project as a contract resource, serving as the Agile facilitator for a large-scale software development initiative. The resource will coach teams on Scrum practices, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, protect teams from external distractions, and promote collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization. Required Skills 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Hands-on experience using Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or similar platforms. Preferred Skills Experience working as a Project Manager. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification. Experience supporting Medical, Healthcare, Financial, or Enterprise Systems. Proven experience supporting complex, enterprise-level financial or debt management software solutions. Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, or similar). Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Secure Application Development Lifecycle (SADLC), and modern DevOps practices. Demonstrated ability to guide teams in Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery forecasting. Ability to remove impediments, manage dependencies, and collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, architecture, compliance, and operations. Experience coaching Product Owners in backlog refinement, user story decomposition, estimation, and value prioritization. Experience supporting integration-heavy, API-driven, or data-centric systems. Understanding of regulatory, privacy, and security considerations within financial services or healthcare technology environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading multiple Agile teams or supporting scaled Agile programs. Experience working in cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), CSM, PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, or equivalent certification. Experience with debt collection/servicing systems, payment processing workflows, or financial case management platforms. Knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and customer journey mapping. Experience supporting Quality Assurance processes including regression testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-deployment validation. Ability to facilitate technical discussions, backlog elaboration sessions, and dependency alignment across multiple teams. Experience contributing to Agile Centers of Excellence (Agile CoE) or process governance programs. Strong servant leadership mindset with a focus on empowering Agile teams. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive transparency, predictability, and continuous delivery. Comfortable facilitating executive reporting, Agile metrics, dashboards, burn-up charts, and KPI updates. Ability to maintain a positive and motivating influence within high-pressure delivery environments.
