Join a high-acuity Neuro Ortho unit at George Washington University Hospital, where you'll care for complex patientsincluding stroke, TBI, and spine caseswhile building advanced clinical skills in a leading academic medical center.

Unit Overview

• 42-bed acute care unit (Neuro Ortho)
• Comprehensive Stroke Unit Level IV
• Epilepsy Center
• Patient population includes: Stroke and neurologic conditions Traumatic brain injury Spine and orthopedic surgery patients

What You'll Do

• Provide patient-centered care for neuro, trauma, and post-operative patients
• Monitor and assess complex neurologic conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Support patients and families through recovery and education

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BLS
• Current state nursing license.
• Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
