Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this hands-on role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping individuals regain independence in daily activities and safely transition home. Responsibilities include carrying out individualized treatment plans, training patients in ADLs and use of adaptive equipment, educating families, and documenting progress in accordance with regulatory and Encompass Health standards.
