This full time position work hybrid in downtown Chicago. Working 100% remote is not an option . Key Responsibilities Lead global data operations teams and provide 24x7 support coverages Manage production incidents, root-cause analysis, and service restoration. Oversee production deployments, release validation, and rollback processes.Support real-time and batch data pipelines.Ensure availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud data platforms across AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Drive observability, monitoring, alerting, automation, and operational excellence initiatives. Partner with engineering, DevOps, architecture, security, product, and business stakeholders. Lead operational governance, SLA/SLO management, compliance, and continuous improvement programs. Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to modernize platforms, optimize operations, and adopt emerging technologies. Develop and lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), AI-driven prototypes, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. Evaluate and implement AI/ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation capabilities within data operations and platform support functions. Manage engagement financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization, cost optimization, vendor management, and cloud spend governance. Experience working in complex, global, matrixed environments with executive stakeholder engagement. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $119,392 to $174,088. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
