About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management, including fund management, and the preparation of financial statements for overseas entities. This role also involves cost management, performance analysis through management accounting, and experience in profit analysis through consolidated and standalone financial statements. The CFO will be expected to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and report on financial performance. Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP, is required, and experience in the industry, particularly in India, is a plus. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, accounting, taxation, or finance. A minimum of 8 years' of experience in a similar role is necessary, with a preference for those who have worked in an international setting, particularly in India. The role demands a professional with a strong financial background, capable of not only managing the financial aspects of the business but also providing strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will be a mid-career professional with the ability to work at a managerial level, and who is adept at using financial software and tools to support the company's operations.
