Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line operational support for client automation, robotics, 3D printing, and workstation systems
• Operate automated systems, software-based controls, electrical and mechanical systems, and structures
• Utilize electro-mechanical aptitude and Linux command line skills to support client systems
• Communicate directly with client vendor partners to resolve issues
• Support client KPIs by achieving maximum system uptime and overall satisfaction
• Perform system software updates per client technical instructions
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues to ensure high-level system performance
• Collect and analyze data to drive decisions and process improvements
• Conduct diagnostics, installation, mapping, induction, removal, configuration testing, and commissioning of automation systems
• Complete technical training on client systems and review technical documentation
• Champion process and operational excellence within the team
• Perform other duties related to partner support as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience
• Associate's Degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical fields
• 4-year apprenticeship or equivalent experience/training in Robotics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical fields
• Degree from a vocational school or college in Robotics, Mechanical, or Electronics
• IT or automation certifications
