Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, the main functions are to process orders/quotations in a timely manner and answer all internal and external customer questions as needed.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders, expedite and follow up.
• Provide customer quotes, pricing and lead times etc.
• Work closely with Account Managers on quotes and customer needs.
• Ability to track orders/shipments.
• Release and ship orders as necessary.
• Read/interpret parts manuals and drawings.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Read and interpret parts manuals and drawings.
• Knowledge and use of Computer and Microsoft Applications.
• CDK & SAP knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
• Strong attention to details to ensure accurate information is provided.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Be able to work on-call, after hours.
