Now Hiring: Dental Hygienist - High PointWe are looking for a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our patients' long-term oral health, providing preventive care, and creating a positive, welcoming experience at every visit. You'll work under general supervision from the dentist and collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Prepare, disinfect, and fully stock the treatment room for each appointment.Update patient health histories, take blood pressure, and gather visit information.Educate patients about their oral health needs, treatment options, and long-term outcomes.Provide Soft Tissue Management (STM) and customize home-care plans for periodontal patients.Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment and lab areas.Document patient conditions, medical/dental histories, treatment notes, and patient feedback.Perform hygiene treatment procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, sealants, coronal polishing, and fluoride applications.Manage and oversee non-surgical periodontal therapy programs.Expose digital radiographs.Lead the preventive maintenance program and partner with the hygiene assistant on recall systems.Maintain inventory control in hygiene rooms.Sharpen and sterilize periodontal instruments.Work independently with recurring and routine tasks.Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.Support the office by helping earn 5-star Google reviews through exceptional patient experiences.Other duties as assigned.Skills & AttributesDemonstrated excellence in planning, time management, and organizational skills.Proficient in computer and digital systemsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.Consistently maintains a professional, patient-focused demeanor and delivers compassionate care.Job RequirementsGraduation from a two- to four-year accredited Dental Hygiene Program with CEU certifications.Current state licensure in good standing.Current CPR certification.Ability to lift 15–20 lbs.Why You'll Love Working Here!Competitive pay!Comprehensive Insurance Coverage (after 90 days!) – Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Disability, FSA & more!401(k) Employer Contribution Plan (after 90 days!)Quarterly Performance Bonus Opportunities!Paid Treatment Coordinator Training Class!Employee Assistance Program!Uniform Allowance!Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays!Fridays off at 2pm!Volunteer opportunities with our Smile Squad to earn awesome prizes!Fun team events, giveaways & social campaigns year-round!Birthday and Work Anniversary surprises sent directly from our owners!Employee discounts at major retailers!and so much more!
