Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with established protocols and regulations. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. Holder of a bachelor’s degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university OR an RN from an accredited two-year program. Valid driver's license and insurance required. Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, sit, and walk for periods of time. Ability to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting 50 pounds.
