Account Manager for Eye Care

Driving revenue growth, the full-time Account Manager for Eye Care will manage and expand relationships within an assigned territory, focusing on upselling and cross-selling software solutions and services to existing customers in the ophthalmology and optometry sectors. Key Responsibilities: Manage designated territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Promote and sell additional product lines such as MIPS tools, RCM services, extra licenses, credit card processing, and conversion solutions to enhance customer value and satisfaction Conduct virtual demos, presentations, and consultations to showcase product benefits and address customer pain points Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Healthcare SaaS or software solutions Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through upselling and cross-selling Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
