Job description:

• Lead QA efforts for Life Insurance projects Work as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders onshore teams and offshore QA teams
• Drive test strategy planning estimation prioritization and risk management
• Ensure quality standards processes and best practices are followed across all testing phases
• Lead creation and review of test plans test scenarios test cases and test data requirements
• Lead SIT UAT support regression integration data validation and end-to-end testing cycles
• Conduct defect triage meetings and monitor defect resolution with development teams
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand requirements
• Ensure test metrics defect metrics and quality KPIs are captured and reported
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA Azure DevOps ALM etc
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• Utilize GitHub Copilot Optimus Core framework to accelerate the writing of functional integration and end-to-end test cases and scenarios across various frameworks
• Employ descriptive comments and function names to prompt GitHub Copilot in generating a wide range of test scenarios including positive negative ensuring comprehensive test coverage
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and other tools within the Selenium suite
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java Python
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools like TestNG JUnit or Cucumber BDD

• Integrate automation scripts into Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment CICD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions for seamless and automated testing throughout the development lifecycle
