Position Summary The Google Ads Specialist at Leads Near Me is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across a portfolio of auto repair shop clients. The ideal candidate understands Google Ads from the ground up: campaign architecture, bidding strategy, quality score, conversion tracking, and reporting. They are comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously and know how to read data, make a call, and move quickly. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, and Local Service Ads) across a portfolio of auto repair shop clients. Monitor and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis including adjusting bids, budgets, ad copy, keywords, and targeting to maximize performance. Conduct ongoing keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword management. Ad Copy & Testing Write and test ad copy variations to improve CTR and conversion rates. Develop a consistent testing cadence to identify top-performing messages and apply learnings across accounts. Tracking & Reporting Set up and audit conversion tracking to ensure accurate performance data. Analyze account performance and produce clear, client-ready reports with actionable takeaways. Meet with clients virtually alongside the account management team to walk through results and set expectations. Coordinate with the web and SEO teams to ensure landing page alignment and campaign continuity. Follow Leads Near Me campaign standards and internal processes consistently. Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, beta features, and best practices, and apply them proactively. Requirements Education: No specific degree required; relevant certifications preferred. Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience, preferably in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts with varying budgets and goals.
