Server will work Monday-Friday, between 7:00am -3:00 pm.Responsibilities:Basic food prepPreparing meals for service at schoolsPortioning and serving variety of food itemsEnsure food quality standards are followed from delivery to re-therm to presentation of the final product, in a timely manner while providing excellent customer serviceCommitted to being punctual, adhering to the time and attendance policySet up and break down of breakfast and lunch line layoutKeep students informed of the scheduled menu and new itemsReceive student customer feedback, (food quality, likes and dislikes) and communicate information to managementBasic record keepingAble to identify and effectively communicate any concerns while being solution oriented with issues that may affect food safety, quality and or the student customer experience.Requirements:Superior attention to detail requiredKnowledge of food safety and sanitation requirementsPositive attitude, reliable, and flexibleEnjoy being around childrenMust be able to lift at least 30lbsStrong communication skillsClean background checkSafeServe Certified a plusAbility to lift up to 50lbs.Ability to complete paperwork and administrative tasksJob Details:We have part-time positions and full-time positions openPart-time hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 2:00 pm (subject to change)Full-time hours: Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 3:15 pm (subject to change)Immediate hireDental, Vision and Health Insurance available after 90 days401k available after 90 daysGourmet Gorilla is an Equal Opportunity Employer and requires background checks.
