Fuse offers a hybrid working environment. Fuse employees are welcome to work remotely 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday) and work in the Winooski, Vermont headquarters on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to collaborate with coworkers and clients. At this time, we are only interviewing candidates based in or willing to relocate to Vermont within driving distance of the office. 

 
Job Summary: 
We have exciting opportunities for up-and-coming marketing rock stars to join our team.  In this temporary assignment, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience with a nationwide campus marketing campaign.  This is an entry-level yet visible role where you will ensure the successful coordination of all aspects of a brand ambassador program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruiting college students for brand ambassador positions
• Ongoing communication and coordination with ambassadors throughout the program
• Responsible for overseeing ambassadors’ completion of assigned tasks
• Assisting in the development of on and off campus activation plans
• Developing materials to educate ambassadors on the brand and all program details
• Tracking and measuring campaign effectiveness

This is a full-time temporary salaried position based in Winooski, VT running approximately July-December 2026. There may be opportunities to extend. Compensation is expected to fall within an annualized range of $49,000-$52,000, prorated and paid bi-weekly over the duration of the assignment.

Successful candidates will have the following skills & qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience as a brand ambassador is a plus
• Expert proficiency with all MS Office programs; Mac proficiency strongly preferred
• Knowledge of college campus life
• Resourceful, creative, collaborative and fun
• Strong project management skills
• Highly organized to ensure flawless execution of numerous tasks
• Big picture thinker and attentive to details
• Polished, professional written & verbal communication skills
