Assistant Property Manager - Commercial & Mixed-Use

Flynn Group, a St. Louis–based real estate investment, development, and management firm, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations across a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties. In this role, you will assist with property and lease administration, tenant relations, reporting, and coordination of vendors and maintenance activities. Working closely with senior managers, you’ll help analyze financial performance, track budgets, and support acquisition and redevelopment initiatives. This position offers hands-on exposure to complex deals, growth opportunities, and collaboration in an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven team environment.
