Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Onyx Care of Ringgold, a leading provider of post-acute rehabilitation in Ringgold, LA. Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in our post-acute rehabilitation setting, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive and personalized care
Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and health promotion strategies
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all relevant regulations and policies
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
