Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and well-being.

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, meals, and other daily living activities. You will also provide support to our professional staff and contribute to a positive and caring environment. Your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with others will help us deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, meals, and other daily living activities
• Assist with resident care and activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being
• Work collaboratively with our professional staff to provide high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services

Requirements:

• Task oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to move/lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
