• Number of Beds -32
• Number of Staff –60
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 2 EMT/Medics
  • Midshift-5 RNs throughout the day, 1 midshift medic
  • Night Shift -1 charge, 3 RNs, 1 EMT/Mwdic
• Patient Ratios –depends on acuity assignment. 1:4, Vertical Care space- 1:6
• Type of equipment -Zoll Lifepaks, Client monitors, Stryker stretchers, Mobilab
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ED RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH and ENPC

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Meditech experience

• Triage, assessment, conscious sedation, splinting
