This position offers health/dental/vision insurance, company match IRA, paid time off, and so many more benefits.Responsibilities:Supervises and manages crew.Is skilled with all tools and equipment required for the project.Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard.Follows directions from Division Manager.Aware of goals and timelines of the projectMaintains all tools and equipment on jobsite.Maintains a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.Completes required paperwork and forms.RolesSupervises and manages crew. Supervises all crew members during the performance of all assigned work.Trains and develops crew members in the best practices of installation in company standards.Keeps crew on task and always moving forward.Runs crew as a team, holds each crew member and themself accountable for their actions.Is skilled with all tools and equipment required for the project. Can safely and properly operate equipment. (skid steer, excavator, packer, truck)Knows the ins and outs of all tools needed for the project.Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard. Keeps an eye for detail whether big or small.Does the job right the first time to ensure no preventable call backs.Follows directions from Divisional Manager. Openly listens to the divisional managers directions, but also gives feedback to directions.Reports for duty at the designated location on time each day.Meets with the divisional manager regularly during the day to ensure that tasks are being completed correctly and on time.Aware of goals and timelines of the project. Completes goals in a timely and efficient manner.Completes projects in accordance with project calendar.Is willing to put the extra effort into completing a project on time.Maintains all tools and equipment on jobsite. Keeps tools in appropriate condition to prevent unnecessary expenses.Keeps equipment well maintained to prevent unnecessary down time and extra costs.Maintains a clean, safe, and professional jobsite. Keeps jobsite clean and clear of any unnecessary messes.Makes sure everyone on the jobsite is following the necessary safety procedures and precautions to prevent any preventable mishaps and liabilities.Always keeps and leads crew in a professional manner.Completes required paperwork and forms. Completes LMN forms daily including clocking in and out and all project notes and pictures.Completes daily workforce forms, DOT and Equipment checks and daily foreman checklist.Completes weekly schedules and turns them in on time.Jobs Skills & QualificationsRequired:1+ years of experience as a landscaper, groundskeeper or similar occupationDetail orientated & team orientatedValid driver's licenseFirst-rate customer service skillsPreferred:Excellent verbal and communication skillsFlexible scheduleJob Type: Full-time
