Position Summary

We are seeking Med/Surg and ICU-experienced Registered Nurses to join our Harbor Rise inpatient rehabilitation program , supporting pediatric patients recovering from life-altering neurological injuries.

As part of our continued growth, we are implementing a unit-based care model , allowing nurses to align to specific patient populations and clinical environments. This structure promotes targeted education, stronger team consistency, and improved patient outcomes .

This role is ideal for nurses who want to apply their acute care skillset in a more structured, recovery-focused setting , where they can see long-term patient progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients
• Monitor and manage patients transitioning from acute care to rehabilitation
• Support neurological recovery and functional progress
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and behavioral health teams
• Educate patients and families throughout the recovery journey

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Texas)
• Required: Med/Surg or ICU experience
• Pediatric, rehab, or neuro experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work within a structured, unit-based care environment
