If steering a Double-Deep Reach Truck through narrow, high-bay aisles feels like second nature, Elective Staffing wants to meet you. At our Byhalia, MS distribution site, you’ll blend accuracy with speed—transitioning from a Dock Stocker at the doors to a Walkie Rider on the floor, all while keeping inventory perfectly accounted for.

Mission

Keep product flowing from trailer to rack and back again—safely, efficiently, and with impeccable documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider safely.
Execute picks, put-aways, replenishment, and internal moves.
Retrieve from double-deep rack locations with precision.
Load/unload trailers; protect count accuracy and product condition.
Transact every move via RF scanner within the WMS.
Perform daily equipment inspections; escalate maintenance needs.
Adhere to safety policies and performance standards.
Keep the workspace clean and organized.
Support additional warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years recent experience operating: Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider.
Proven distribution/warehouse background.
Forklift certification preferred; RF/WMS exposure a plus.
Safety-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and stellar attendance.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
Must pass a forklift skills evaluation.
Reliable transportation.

Compliance

Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
