What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems—including furnaces, boilers, central AC, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, etc.
• Perform installations of new high-efficiency systems that improve comfort while lowering energy costs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, such as changing filters, cleaning ducts, and optimizing system performance.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical circuits, components, refrigerant levels, and system leaks with precision.
• Build lasting customer relationships by delivering clear communication, respectful service, and honest recommendations.
• Respond to emergency calls with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an HVAC service or installation technician (or equivalent formal training).
• EPA Certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, geothermal systems, and commercial refrigeration.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, lift up to 40+ pounds, and work in varying conditions.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine pride in delivering efficient, high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
