Dialog Café WeHo is looking for a n Evening Floor Lead to join our team. We’re seeking someone who shares our core values, has a genuine passion for hospitality, is team-oriented, and can stay composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Full Time Position. Must be able to close at least 4 nights a week
Hours range from 12pm to 9:30pm
Starting Pay $22, plus tips
Responsibilities:- Relaying information between team and upper management
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- Guiding team through daily work activities and projects
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- Ensure department checklists have been completed
- Resolve guest issues that arise during the shift while following company standards
- Assist management with VIP guests, ensuring their experience aligns with company standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior customer service or café/restaurant experience preferred
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate and ABC License
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, & organize tasks
- Strong understanding of hospitality and service standards
