What You’ll Do Advocate for clients, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment Initiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needs Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout the duration of treatment Provide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training, etc. as necessary for client post‑discharge Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support, etc.) What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in the treatment industry preferred If in recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety is required Excellent communication, multitasking, and time‑management skills Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills Warm, empathetic, respectable personality Benefits 401K with employer match Eligible for HRSA STAR federal student loan repayment Medical insurance Dental Vision Accident Critical illness Hospital indemnity Voluntary short‑term disability Voluntary long‑term disability Employer‑paid life and AD&D Lifetime benefit term insurance with long‑term care Legal coverage Pet insurance Identity theft protection Employer‑paid employee assistance program Flexible spending account (FSA) – medical Dependent care FSA (DCF) Compensation Salary: $53,000 – $57,000 per year Location: Aurora, CO – inpatient detox/residential facility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
