Affiliate & partnerships manager for herbal supplements

Продаём в США через свой сайт на Shopify, Amazon и TikTok Shop. Мы ищем менеджера, который будет развивать нашу аффилиатную программу, работу с креаторами в Meta и партнёрства с другими брендами. Наши цели — продажи и узнаваемость бренда. Аффилиатная программа у нас уже работает: её нужно дорабатывать, улучшать и масштабировать. Нам нужен человек, который знает, как развивать такую программу, и приходит с готовой экспертизой, а не учится на нашем бренде. Развитие аффилиатной программы на Shopify, в Meta и с YouTube-креаторами, а также подключение новых платформ, например Levanta. запуск роликов креаторов в рекламу через партнёрскую рекламу (Partnership Ads), чтобы усиливать продажи поиск креаторов через Instagram Creator Marketplace Понимать, кого приглашать в программу именно для wellness-бренда. В приоритете специалисты со своей клиентской базой: врачи, нутрициологи, клиники, спа и wellness-студии. Блогеры широкой тематики тоже нужны — они работают на узнаваемость. первый контакт и онбординг какие сэмплы и когда отправлять поддержание вовлечённости, чтобы продажи не падали реактивация партнёров, которые перестали продавать следить за активностью партнёров и выручкой по каналу, понимать, кто приносит результат. требования Опыт развития аффилиатной программы на рынке США — реальный опыт, а не изучение рынка. Опыт в нише supplements. Health и beauty тоже рассмотрим, но supplements в приоритете. E-commerce, уверенная работа с инструментами из списка выше. Свободный английский для общения с американскими партнёрами. Русский язык для общения с командой. Будет плюсом: YouTube Shopping (партнёрская программа для креаторов); Meta: Instagram Creator Marketplace, партнёрская реклама (Partnership Ads), магазин в Facebook и Instagram (Commerce Manager); Levanta; Impact — особенно опыт работы с паблишерами (медиа, обзорные и контентные сайты); другие аффилиатные платформы и сервисы для работы с креаторами; Выстраивать отношения с другими брендами, которые приносят нам продажи: работа по аффилиатной модели, платные коллаборации, совместные запуски и другие форматы co-marketing; Опыт с TikTok-креаторами и Amazon Creator Connections; Опыт работы с экспертами (врачи, нутрициологи, клиники) — большой плюс; Опыт запуска контента креаторов в рекламу в Meta и продаж через магазин в Instagram/Facebook — большой плюс условия Удалённая работа из любой страны, кроме России.
