A specialized opportunity is available for a night shift pharmacist at a children’s hospital in Wolfforth, TX. This travel assignment offers a chance to apply your expertise in hospital and pediatric pharmacy within a dedicated healthcare setting focused on pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care during night shifts at a pediatric hospital.
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems to manage medication orders and inventory.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use for inpatient pediatric populations.
• Support medication dispensing, verification, and clinical interventions as required during overnight hours.

Schedule:

• Night shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Work 7 consecutive days followed by 7 days off
• Potential transition later in the assignment to a day shift role to cover an FMLA leave through mid-January 2027

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Texas pharmacist license
• Experience working in inpatient hospital settings
• Background in pediatric pharmacy highly preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis automated dispensing systems
