Description You will be the Multi‑Functional Finance Manager for the PAC‑3 Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving program finance excellence from proposal to closeout, delivering creative solutions, implementing new financial tools, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. What You Will Be Doing As the Multi‑Functional Finance Manager you will lead a finance team that delivers analysis for orders, sales, EBIT, cash forecasting, and Earned Value Management. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Direct financial analysis and reporting for orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow. Implement and oversee Earned Value Management processes for program performance. Develop and maintain integrated financial planning models supporting program decisions. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary finance team to ensure high‑quality deliverables. Collaborate with program, engineering, and acquisition stakeholders to align financial strategy with mission objectives. Security Clearance MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position requires a Secret clearance. Basic Qualifications Program team leadership skills Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash forecasting Strong EVMS (Earned Value Management System) skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and presentation skills Aptitude to facilitate results, self‑starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver Interest in Technical details Microsoft Office suite skills with emphasis on Excel pivot tables, Word & PowerPoint Desired Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration Knowledge of EVMS business rhythms Knowledge of financial business rhythms (monthly / quarterly forecasting) Experience managing subordinates. Practiced Leadership skills in an L‑coded position.
