General Manager – Upper Upscale/Lifestyle Hotel Our dream General Manager is a proven thought leader, an experienced innovator and hospitality guru. They will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s daily operations, maximize revenue, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities Maximize ROR and achieve key business metrics. Coordinate all daily operations and ensure service excellence. Represent the brand and support the Guidance Team’s objectives. Foster a positive, evolving workplace culture. Develop team members and build a cohesive, high‑performing staff. Maintain visibility with guests and staff, anticipating opportunities and challenges. Drive the hotel’s financial performance, balanced scorecard, and commercial strategy. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel operations experience, including 3+ years as General Manager in upper‑upscale or lifestyle hotel. Proven track record in delivering performance across key business metrics and a balanced scorecard. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills in verbal, written, and presentation settings. Strategic thinker who balances autonomy and accountability. Business acumen and understanding of all commercial and financial hospitality aspects. Experience in developing, launching, and operating successful concepts. Flexible and willing to work in a 24‑hour operation. About You Passionate about leading operations teams, you have a strong track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
