AppleTree Staffing is seeking an entry-level Quality Engineer to support manufacturing quality and continuous improvement efforts. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to grow within a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will work closely with operations and engineering teams to help improve processes, reduce defects, and ensure high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) and related documentation
• Assist with investigating quality issues and identifying root causes
• Help implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform inspections, testing, and review of materials and products
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and support reporting
• Assist with audits, documentation, and quality system processes
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall product quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply; 0-2 years of experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or quality processes
• Comfortable working with data, computers, and Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred (but not required):

• Internship or exposure to manufacturing or quality environments
• Familiarity with process validation, CAPA, or Lean/Six Sigma concepts

JOB TYPE: Full-time

PAY RATE: $60-75K

SHIFT: Monday-Friday 1 st shift
