In this role, you'll provide administrative support to the sales team by managing CRM data, coordinating communications, assigning job numbers, creating electronic job folders, and maintaining accurate records to help ensure the efficient flow of information between sales, estimating, and operations teams.Serve as a central point of contact for incoming inquiries and help keep information moving efficiently across teams.What You'll Be DoingMaintain and update CRM records and sales opportunities.Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming inquiries and route requests to the appropriate team members.Set up bid proposals and download all documents to file.Assign Time & Material (T&M) job numbers and maintain associated job records.Create electronic job folders for new jobs in accordance with company standards.Gather and organize project information to support sales and estimating activities, while maintaining accurate electronic records, files, and documentation.Collaborate with sales, estimating, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and data consistency.What We're Looking ForRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.3 to 5 years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or related experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.Experience with CRM software and data management.Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.PreferredConstruction industry experience preferred.Experience supporting sales, estimating, or operations teams.Experience creating and maintaining electronic job folders and records.Experience gathering and organizing project information, bid proposals, and related documentation.What We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience, education, and certificationsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and long-term disability insurance100% company-funded profit-sharing programProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive team-oriented environmentWhy OliverWe're proud of the culture we've built at Oliver.
