Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. This position offers a consistent daytime schedule with no weekends, nights, or holidays. You’ll ensure patient safety, uphold confidentiality, and provide care aligned with Mercy’s mission and service standards. Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Licensure Current RN license in the state of hire (or compact license, as applicable). Must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Experience Cardiac or Telemetry nursing experience required. Physical Demands Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, twist, and squat throughout the shift. Certifications BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required (or obtained within 30 days of hire). Additional certifications may be required or obtained within department timeframe, such as: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Other unit‑specific certifications as needed.
