Sales Team Manager

The Sales Team Manager directs, coordinates, and guides the sales team in the day-to-day business of charter sales at Hotard Coaches. This role is responsible for the ongoing development and success of the internal sales department, with a focus on managing people, supporting sales performance, and ensuring the team meets established goals and expectations. The ideal candidate must have pior inside sales experience, preferably in the hospitality and/or group travel industry. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Team Leadership and Performance Sales Planning and Daily Operations Business Development Support Work customary business hours, with adjustments as determined by Hotard's specific business needs. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
