Description Northwestern Medicine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Sycamore, IL. This role focuses on providing high-quality outpatient psychiatric care to an adult patient population in a collaborative, team-based environment. Position Highlights Conduct new psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for adult patients Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management Full-time, 36 patient‑facing hours per week Monday–Friday clinic schedule with a combination of in‑person and telehealth clinic days Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care Support program development and expansion of advanced behavioral health treatment modalities System‑wide Epic EMR Salary range: $264,000‑342,000 Qualifications MD or DO with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Eligible for Illinois medical licensure Commitment to patient‑centered care and collaborative practice Equal Opportunity All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
