Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Jacksonville, Florida. The assigned candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supervising healthcare team members, and ensuring adherence to safety and clinical standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Jacksonville, Florida
• Schedule: Days; 12-hour shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license; BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification (CIRH only); minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves performing nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, developing individualized care plans, and participating in patient education and discharge planning. The RN will also provide supervision, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to a safe and efficient clinical environment in accordance with hospital policies.
