Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inventory availability and inventory health, optimized via improved in-stock position, inventory turns, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead time), forecasting, and shrink.
• Drives initiatives to improve customer experience, enable new capabilities, and reduce waste.
• Answers complex business questions and makes decisions by querying and analyzing large data sets.
• Works with internal teams to build automated tools and process improvements that will drive scale and reduce error.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Purchasing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Planner, or a related occupation.
• Employer will accept three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and one year of experience.
• Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) proficiency in business intelligence, including creation of complex queries using SQL, validation of data sets, and distillation of data into actionable insights; (2) proficiency in Excel, PowerPivot and Visual Basic; and (3) proficiency in statistics concepts and statistical software packages, including R.
