About the Role:  

SCI Millwork, LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team in East Orange, NJ.

Responsibilities:  

• Fabricate custom cabinets and millwork to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical plans
• Operate woodworking machinery including table saws, routers, and planers
• Perform precise measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining of wood and wood composite materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Collaborate with project managers and fellow craftsmen to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

 

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Finish Carpenter, or Millwork Specialist
• Proficiency with hand tools and power woodworking machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Knowledge of wood species, composites, laminates, and finishing techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
