Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities Assist in all financial reporting, both internal and external Prepare and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely Monitor accounts receivable balances and manage collections follow‑up Track and report on revenue activity, cash collections, and aging trends Assist with contract setup, billing schedules, and customer account maintenance Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Support cash application, reconciliations, and month‑end close processes Develop and maintain revenue and collections reporting for leadership Analyze revenue trends and identify process improvement opportunities Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate revenue tracking and documentation Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans Monitor actuals against budget and forecast, identifying and explaining variances Help improve operational workflows, controls, and reporting efficiencies Contribute to audit and compliance‑related activities as needed Perform various other tasks assigned by the Senior Financial Reporting Manager Skills Required Basic knowledge of accounting and finance and related analytics Working knowledge of accounting software applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational and time‑management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work by deadlines Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels Ability to maintain confidential information Strong work ethic and winning attitude Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred High School Diploma required Minimum three years related experience in accounting/finance required Job Details Title: Revenue Operations Analyst FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Finance Reports to: Senior Financial Reporting Manager Subject to reasonable accommodations, the position requires routine face‑to‑face interaction and regular presence in the club's offices.
