Python Developer

We are currently seeking a Python Developer for a prominent client of ours. This position is open in several locations, including:

Dallas, TX
Tampa, FL
Jersey City, NJ

Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $55-70/hr (W2) *flexible rate for qualified candidates*
12-month contract with potential for permanent conversion
Hybrid schedule at any of the following locations: Dallas, TX; Jersey City, NJ; Tampa, FL
You will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications and services while building RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Develop data pipelines, automation frameworks, and AI/ML data processing components to support enterprise applications
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment while participating in code reviews, technical documentation, and application performance improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
4-6 years of hands-on Python software development experience
Strong experience with Python libraries, frameworks, REST APIs, Git, and software development best practices
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, object-oriented programming, and scalable application architecture
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Financial services or banking industry experience strongly preferred
