This on-site Recruiter role in Osterville, MA offers a flexible schedule and paid time off, with a salary range of $55,526.13 to $65,000.00 per year. Based with Home Instead on Cape Cod, the position drives full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, leveraging talent management platforms, conducting research, and building relationships to support company growth. You will partner with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment to attract top talent and build strong teams. Responsibilities Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle using applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft to deliver a smooth candidate experience. Source candidates through multiple channels, including social media outreach, job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling to maintain a strong pipeline. Lead interviews and assessments, applying best practices and ensuring employment law compliance to evaluate fit. Foster durable relationships with candidates via CRM systems and external platforms like Lever, along with HRIS tools such as UltiPro or Kronos. Partner with hiring managers and C-suite executives on talent strategies, market trends, and succession planning initiatives. Negotiate offers in line with employment and labor law regulations. Head recruitment projects focused on clinical staff hiring, HR sourcing, and external recruiting to meet staffing needs. Keep detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate communications, and hiring metrics for reporting purposes. Demonstrate the ability to attract top home care caregivers and recruit them to join the company. Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within fast paced environments, preferably in healthcare or corporate settings. Strong familiarity with talent management systems such as Workday, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, or Taleo. Proven ability to source candidates using social media tools and talent acquisition platforms like Salesforce or HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Kronos. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of employment and labor law as it relates to recruiting practices and contract negotiations. Experience managing recruiting teams or collaborating with cross functional HR teams on training and development initiatives. Skills in market trends analysis, employee relations, orientation programs, and HR sourcing strategies are highly desirable. Home care experience is a plus, but the ability to locate and hire key caregiver talent is required.
