Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Schedule fittings and alteration appointments
- Receive and process clothing for alterations and repairs
- Maintain customer records and payments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with basic sewing and alteration tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of sewing, garment construction, and alterations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
