Registered Nurse First Assistant

Position available: Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) in Chico, CA. Shift details include 8- or 10-hour days starting at 06:30, with alternating weekends. This is a 16-week contract with a strong possibility of extension. Compensation includes: Gross pay: $4120 to $4285 weekly Joining bonus: $700 Assignment completion bonus: $700 The RNFA is a licensed professional who provides direct patient care in the perioperative setting, functioning as a first assistant to the surgeon. This role requires an expanded knowledge base, skills, and judgment to assist the surgeon effectively. The RNFA operates under the supervision of the surgeon in both the Operating Room and Labor and Delivery Suite.
