Travel Physical Therapist - $2,420 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Hagerstown, Maryland. Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Hagerstown, MD providing home health care where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. You will collaborate with nurses, PTAs, OTs, and home health aides to develop and follow through with plans of care. A mandatory weekly case conference is required. Thank you for your time and responsiveness. Minimum Requirements Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience preferred. Candidates with 1+ years of experience in hospital, SNF, or outpatient settings will be considered. Ability to travel within Washington County, MD between patient visits. Mileage reimbursement provided between first and last patient visit. Professional dress code: navy blue scrubs or a button-down shirt and khakis. Preferred Qualifications Prior home health physical therapy experience. Strong teamwork and organizational skills. Assignment Details Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Work schedule: Monday through Friday. Mandatory weekly case conference: Thursdays 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. On-call or weekend requirement: no. Coverage area includes Washington County, MD.
