National Account Coordinator

Job Summary: The National Account Coordinator will provide customer service to national account moves and maintain company records to ensure accuracy. Essential Functions Coordinate customer contact for national account moves. Maintain contact with customers. Create move estimates. Register new shipments. Ensure proper revenue billing to appropriate location. Update company software and Allied system with relevant shipment information. Scan paperwork into SISTRS and Documentum as received. Prepare driver paperwork as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Efficient data entry ability. Knowledge of company software. Knowledge of Allied systems. Problem‑solving skills to ensure accurate records. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Required Education and Experience High School diploma or GED. Data entry experience. Working Conditions Indoors office environment. Sitting for long periods of time.
